Central Denver Apartment Market Comps 2004-2011 — Kyle Malnati – Take a look at all of the apartment building sales in Denver from 2004 through 2011.

My 2012 1st Quarter Central Denver Apartment Market report will be mailed to investors next week.  I am making this available on-line for anyone that would like to reference it again.  Here is my verbiage from the 1st Quarter report in March:

“The 2012 apartment sales market is really hot for Sellers!  I have several Buyers looking for quality apartment buildings in Central Denver from $500,000 to $2,500,000.  Please take a look at my website – www.DenverApartmentBuildingsForSale.com – for a detailed quarterly comparison of 2011 EOY vs. 2010 EOY.  Here is a “short-hand” comparison regarding that sales information.  2011 ended on a very positive note as the second half of the year had 67% more sales than the first half.  2012 looks to be a continuation of a strong apartment sales market based on the investor sentiment that I am hearing in the market.
